Doesn’t work with voice automated menus

I bought this to simplify calling systems with an automated menu and where I’ll be on hold for a while. Sadly the Mac side dialpad doesn’t register/send the keypresses as expected, so this is basically not very useful.

For example: Try calling California’s tax agency (FTB) at (916-845-7033) where their wait times is ‘over 3 hours’. Then try 1-4 … pressing 4 on this app’s dial pad is never recognized (tried 4 times) but always works when dialing directly from the iPhone.
