Does not work and wasted $1.29 :-(

I was looking forward for a simple tool that would resolve a miss by Apple Designers ( from my POV)
I like to have a dial pad on screen.
However, this dial pad appears but nothing else. It just sits there. Does not interact with FaceTime. Can’t make a phone call from it. Tried pasting phone number into it and nothing much pops. I would not recommend this and am very disappointed in my purchase.
