Yes, you can use it with conference calls

I spend a lot of time on conference calls, which means I need to enter additional digits after I’ve dialed the main number. I couldn’t figure out how to make it work. I reached out to the developer who proivded a reponse to me the same day. Easy workaround: once the call connects, FaceTime Audio will display a box in the upper right corner of your screen. Just click on this box and use your keyboard numb keys to enter any digits, including # and * to get into your call. Works great and easily worth the $0.99
