Its ok but no way to send key strokes to call

I bought this app primarily so that I could dial 1800 numbers from my computer and use my headset to wait on hold rather than my phone. However, I am unable to get past the press one to do something menus. Which makes this mostly useless for me. Also once a call is on a phone there is no way to send it back to the laptop so I can’t even press keys on my phone.
