Does what it says it does, but limited functionality.
The app does what it promises to do, but Yosemite is lacking the functionality to turn this into a more viable soft phone replacement. As pointed out before, no DTMF (touch tones) support while on a call, and no ability to route calls to a headset, for example. Not a fault of the application, rather, a fault of Apple’s. Still, it limits the usefulness of Keypad for me. It does allow you to dial calls that aren’t in your Contacts book, however, so 5 stars there if that’s only what you’re looking for.
